I hear you man. Something that's always bothered me too.

I'm starting playing this today, talk about a new experience! I think that if Itch.io ever needed a game as its official mascot, Juice Galaxy would be the one. It's so fiercely itself, gotta love it for that alone. Just keep it real/unreal.

Been dealing with life stuff, now I have time to play games and hey now, a new beta! Thanks mate. I'll put her through the paces the next few days. Have a good holiday if you celebrate it, or just have a good day---

Thank you! This really scratches that rogue itch.

Same here.

I will! Thanks so much for your help/support. You're in my developers hall of fame most definitely. Good day-

I'm still playing, pretty much every day. Still only getting so far, but the mark of a good roguelike is you keep coming back regardless. Great updates!

I have just 2 requests, not deal breakers but it would definitely help: 1, change Pickup Nearby Items to a button closer than J.  Or maybe have a change key bindings option for it. I use it a lot, thanks for making it possible to pick up items 2 tiles away.  Feels like Luke on Hoth force grabbing his lightsaber, which I can't complain about.  And 2, could you adjust the color of the inventory number count?(in the upper right hand corner) That shade of red contrasted against the red background is a bit hard to read, at least for my old eyes.

Besides that the game runs and plays butter smooth. One thing I love is how you gave the chests a small random chance to show up outside of the camp walls. Little details like that keep me coming back. Good day-

This does an insane grimy sound that works . Gives me Conet project vibes at times. There's an organic distortion that comes from the sound as opposed to an effect on top of iit, which Greenwave excels at. A true keeper!

Good stuff here. I've been playing every day for the past week so there! I liked part 1 also, and this is a proper expansion. As with any good roguelike, I die all too soon, but it's all about the journey. Good day-

I'm a sucker for a great new puzzle game and this is it! Currently stuck on 02-06 but I'll make it at some point. Thank you---

Great work man. Definitely not your average subtractive synth. It's a little out there, right up my alley. Good idea hosting on Itch. io too. Be seeing you-

I have to say, with the new update your game is running much, much better on my vanilla desktop. And it's a blast! Thank you very much---

You're not kidding. Up to level 9 so far(I take it easy with a good puzzler) and my brain is already feeling picked apart and reassembled several times over. Which is good!

Another excellent puzzle game to wrap my head around. By puzzle 2 in the demo I was hooked. Thanks much-

Hello and thank you for carrying on the OG GTA legacy, I always wondered why more devs didn't tackle this type of gameplay. But I gotta say, I had some bugs, along the lines of what Mr. Sans below had going on; after leaving the first building the framerate and action slow down significantly, sometimes just freezing. The character could throw a punch and I could hear the sound but no visual action. At other times(after leaving the first building) the game would crash, usually before reaching the corner of the parking lot outside. Sometimes it looked as if the game was glitching - everything would flash back and forth between the regular color scheme to very bright colors. At first I thought it was a lightning effect, but it would then crash. I turned off V-sync to no effect. Turning on Frame skip seems to slow it down. The whole time, whether at the train station or outside the first building, my CPU stayed around 12%. My computer is a Windows 10 home, 16 g ram, with a vanilla integrated vid card(Intel HD graphics 630). So, yeah, not exactly a gaming computer, but the consistency of crashes and behavior make me think it might not be the computer. I totally understand your using a legacy version of software because of one feature - I use audio software and sometimes prefer an old version because of one thing, even though other things were improved.

Ok thanks, that'll work. It will be nice to see where Pixelover is headed. Good day-

Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to change Transform/Size for an image without affecting Scale. In other words, I want to pixelate an image without having to zoom in and out. Sorry if the answer is obvious, I'm still a bit new to this. Good day-
PixelOver community » Discussion · Created a new topic Nice!

Just discovered this and got it. It is very mature for an early release, and the roadmap ahead is ambitious. And it looks like you're up to the task. I have but one request: please keep the non-Steam release available here on Itch. For us offliners out there, as few of us as there may be. I look forward to seeing your prog evolve. Thanks and good day-

Yee hah! 2 days after I buy this, a big ol' new version rolls out. For being the only Wild West roguelike out there(I think), this is ace. Good day-

To whoever: never mind, I found it! Layout 2 is it for me. Good day-

FARA community · Created a new topic Wow(and question)

Wow. I'm usually a big time Caves of Qud player but FARA has really drawn my attention. Deep but approachable. I'm in!

One question: how do I switch layouts? Good day-

It's like you took all the best bits of those 90s dungeon games but minus the maddening parts. Definitely curious to see where this goes. Runs fine on my Win10 64 pc. Good day---

Caves of Qud community · Created a new topic So good

Ive played my share of roguelikes, many excellent, but after a few weeks of Caves I will go ahead and say its my fave of the lot. The rules are deep but not complex, the world is so colorful and the stories write themselves. It scratches my Gamma World/Metamorphosis Alpha itch perfectly. Salute!

Yeah I'm not a fan of cheating, whether vs a computer or people. Still I kept the mistake money, didnt want to restart! Ah well.

I dont recall what I was doing before the crash, but can promise I am not good enough to take on a fleet or their leader at this time. Must be something else. Only just now am I getting into combat, after taking many low risk missions. Its tough and it should be!

Masteroid community · Created a new topic Good stuff

Hi! I'm a sucker for a good top down Asteroidish game, but haven't really found hardly any with some depth until Masteroids. I understand I came in just as you have introduced Missions, and am quite enjoying them. It's great that you only need a mouse, and the control feels right. A plus for non collision based objects, as if one were in space. A nice detail I noticed was the impact sound of the projectile. The background imaging is lush but doesn't distract from the game. I'm impressed. A few bugs though: on the Equip page it's easy to keep selling a weapon even though it's already been sold. A nice cheat for me, but you might want to know. I had one random crash with no error window, but no problems since. Every once in a while the controls won't respond to mouse clicks, whether it's boost or fire. Repressing the mouse button usually fixes it.
Keep up the great work on this sir. I'm glad to have found it---
